Our Commitment to Sustainability

Our focus on ecological and community benefits is a cornerstone for us. We are a proud employer in the local community; we use local produce and renewable energy wherever possible. We harvest fresh vegetables from our kitchen garden. Most of the day and night, our power comes from solar energy, with a generator for use during high demand periods. We recycle all of our waste and especially the biological waste in a bio-digester/biogas generator which was built using local materials but to an advanced design.

Teicon did an excellent job as the project manager for the installation of the new fire sprinkler system control panel at Villaggio in the Grove Tower. Their team demonstrated great professionalism, organization, and leadership throughout the entire process. The project was completed successfully with excellent coordination and execution. We truly appreciate Teicon’s commitment to quality and their outstanding work.
